Partner visas

Offshore (309/100) or onshore (820/801), the Department is assessing one thing: whether your relationship is genuine and continuing, across finances, household, social recognition and commitment. We build the evidence portfolio with you month by month, because a thick file of the wrong evidence is still a weak file.

Visitor visas (subclass 600)

For parents visiting graduations, weddings and grandchildren. Pakistani applicants face high scrutiny on ties to home and funds. Short, honest, well-documented applications work best, and that is what we prepare.

Parent and other family options

Parent visas involve long queues and real costs, and honest advice sometimes means recommending against applying. We will tell you the truth about timelines before you spend anything.

How long do partner visas take?
Processing times move. We quote the Department’s current published times at your consultation, not an optimistic number to win your business.
We got married in Pakistan. Does that complicate things?
No, but the evidence looks different than for a couple who met at university in Sydney. We know what a genuine Pakistani marriage file looks like and how to present it so a case officer in Australia reads it the same way.
Can my partner sponsor me if they are a permanent resident, not a citizen?
Usually yes. Sponsor eligibility has its own rules and limits, which we check first, before any fee is agreed.
