The Career Consultants

Skilled migration,without theguesswork.

The points test looks simple on a blog post. Invitation rounds, skills assessments and state nomination are where real cases are won. We run your case from first assessment to decision, under Australian regulation.

The four pathways we run

The right subclass depends on your occupation, your points and where you are prepared to live. Here is how they differ, without the sales gloss.

Subclass 189 (Skilled Independent)

Points-tested, no sponsor needed, live anywhere in Australia. The most competitive pathway. Realistic invitations sit well above the 65-point floor, which is why an honest points assessment is our first step, not a sales pitch.

Subclass 190 (State Nominated)

A state nominates you for 5 extra points in exchange for living there. Each state publishes its own occupation lists and rules, and they change through the year. Matching your occupation to the right state is most of the work.

Subclass 491 (Regional)

15 extra points and a 5-year regional visa with a pathway to permanent residence. For many occupations this is the realistic route in, and regional Australia includes cities like Perth's surrounds, Adelaide and Canberra depending on the year's settings.

Subclass 482 and 186 (Employer Sponsored)

If an Australian employer wants you, sponsorship can move faster than points. We advise both applicants and small employers on sponsorship obligations.

How your case actually runs

Five stages, one team on both sides of the file, and a straight answer before any of it starts.

The pass mark is 65 points. Invitations in most occupations go to higher scores. We plan for the score that gets invited, not the score that qualifies.

  1. An honest eligibility assessment

We start by telling you whether your case stacks up. If it does not, you hear that at the first consultation, not after a fee.

  2. Skills assessment

Every points-tested case runs through the assessing authority for your occupation. We prepare the evidence to their standards, not from a generic template.

  3. English test strategy

Each band step is points. We help you choose the test, the target score and the timing that make sense for your case.

  4. Expression of Interest and nomination

Your EOI goes in with a strategy behind it: which states to target, which occupation lists you fit, and where your score is genuinely competitive.

  5. Lodgement and decision

Asked at almost every consultation

If yours is not covered, send it on WhatsApp. A team member answers during office hours in both time zones.

What score do I actually need?
65 is the legal floor, not a realistic target. Competitive scores vary by occupation and round. In your assessment we show you the recent invitation data for your occupation and what is achievable in your case.
Can I apply while working in Pakistan?
Yes. Most of our skilled clients apply offshore. The process is documents and tests, not travel, until the visa is granted.
My case was refused before. Can you help?
Often, yes. Refusals and reviews are exactly where a registered agent matters. Bring the refusal letter to the first consultation, we will give you a straight answer about prospects.
Who actually handles my file?
Your file is prepared with our team in Lahore and reviewed and lodged by Malik Jawar, Registered Migration Agent (MARN 2345678), in Australia. One file, both offices, no subcontracting.
